How do I preapre for a studio photo shoot?
Schedule your consultation and we can discuss what type of siting, where, and how you should prepare in means of clothing, arrival time and location - all entered into the agreement form. For new clients the following fees are offered.
Your consult fee of $25 will PIF at consult. 50% of sitting fee. $50-hr with 1-hr minimum will be due on day of photo shoot, along with your edit/upload fee of $15. For combo sittings, an additional fee will be charged, and noted at consult.
When purchasing packages, you can do so at the gallery site.
*NOTE: Customary fees: $50-consutlation, $50, 1-hr minimum charge for the sitting, combo sittings add $50 additional 1-hr minimum, and a editing/upload fee of $25, which half of combined fees, is due at consultation and remainder prior to photo sitting. (payment schedule is non negotiable, but again, fees maybe customized as with new clients - until further notice.)
What is the location for my sitting?
You can choose to have studio sitting or at consultaiton, discuss options for your home location or a location such as beach or park. Any location outside the studio must be authorized and meet safety policy. WPBL's safety policy and our refund policy are outlined and available at the Gallery site, wpblimagesportriats.pixieset.com.
**Note: advance notice of at least 10-14 days must be given for preapproval and authorization for any off studio site that is not clients home or property.
When will we get our photos?
Your will receive an online gallery access when your best photos are edited and uploaded, within 7-10 days (with exception which you will be notified at photo shoot). You can, choose your favorites, and also order prints! Standard photo packages start @ $29.99. Special packaging is available if noted at consult and will be priced accordingly. Sitting or photo shoot fees are separate from the photo package. Occassionally specials will be offered.
As always, safe payment options are offered at the checkout and delivery is noted at point of sale. You can aslo find WPBL's privacy, safety, and refund policy at the gallery site. Each client will be notified and given access, once individual gallery is available for viewing and purchase at https://wpblimagesportraits.pixieset.com.
How many pictures will we receive?
For each Standard photo shoot, a 2-hour minimum for set up and photography, aproximately 25 photos or so will be taken. The best will be edited and 15-20 different photos will be uploaded to your indvidiual gallery. The preset photo package includes 16-wallets, 3-5x7's, and 2-8x10's. Your portrait package can be tailored to your needs but please let us know prior to the photo shoot.
**For all special occasion photo shoots, pricing is noted on Special Occassion Photography tab. For combo sittings to include combo portait packages it is TBA at consult depending on hours exceeding 2-hrs, location change, and number of combo packages included in each photo shoot.
*IMPT Note: WPBL Images no longer offers digital images of portraits taken during the photo shoot. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Client access will be strictly via the gallery at webphotographybylausen.com where photo package and other print options are offered.
